A pet is a living, breathing creature just like human beings. Leaving a pet in a car to some is like leaving a child in a car because those animals are those peoples children! So why does it have to be mandated by a temperature to say it is illegal for an animal to be left in a car when it is flat out illegal for a child to be left in one!?
