There are a lot of exotic animals out there that are very appealing to the eye, but it doesn't mean having these animals in our homes as pets is a good idea. Many people keep exotic pets such as raccoons, bats, snakes, lizards of all sorts, and so many other animals. Having these exotic animals as pets is a huge problem because it's not good for the environment, these animals need room to roam and special care that people cannot provide. When these animals get bigger most people don't want them anymore because they've grown so much it's impossible to keep them, and they release them into the wild, and because these animals aren't native to your state it becomes a problem for people as well. Seeing a python roaming around the everglades isn't something you should be seeing as they do not belong there. Some of these animals are imported from other countries across the globe and it's not good for the animals to be released in a place with different climate, and different animal predators they don't know how to avoid. Theres so much more we could do to stop the spread of exotic pets around Florida, we need to convince people it's not safe for us humans or the animals.
