I, at 57 because of circumstances, tried to apply to rent at many Apartments, Manufactured home Communities. I was told that My boxer is on the Insurance "aggresive dog list", therefore they could not accept my 11yr old 49 lb dog. Boxers are classified as workers according to AKC. They are not an "AGRESSIVE Breed,They are desendents of the Mastiff that also is NOT an aggressive breed. Boxers are a recommended breed if you have small children..Now the shelters are overcome with Boxers..Pls reevaluate this Insurance statute.
