This is my mother, Stacy Curnutt. She was taken from us on July 30th, 2017. She was a kind soul, a mother to Ashley Bill's, sister to Lisa Curnutt daughter to Denise and Mike Curnutt, girlfriend to Steve Goodell and a friend to many. Stacy was loved and is missed dearly. Our issue is not the cause but the circumstances surrounding and leading up to her death. There has been way too many unanswered questions that are suspect that lead us to believe that although my mother's death may have been an accident the person with her at the time of her death may be culpable and is not being held responsible nor taking responsibility for their participation. We are petitioning that her case be reopened so that all parties involved can be held accountable, and Stacy Curnutt and her family will receive justice and closure. My mother paid with her life; she shouldn't be the only one having to pay the price for these irresponsible and negligent acts.
