The cause of the wound to Mark's hand is still uncertain - whether it was a Black Widow Bite or Brown Recluse Spider bite - but, after 2 &1/2 months in the hospital, he is back at his own facility with his hand and wrist wound healing slowly. The Dr. says he is VERY lucky to be alive! Still - there remains a spider infestation in his cell.
