Did you know that over 2500 fellow Floridians have had their homes and private property invaded and personal items stolen by government officials since April of 2018, without due process, and without compensation - most of them based on anonymous accusations - and there's NOTHING they could do about it?

These individuals can no longer protect their homes or defend their families from criminal invasion, because their guns and ammunition have been confiscated without the benefit of trial by jury. These individuals must now obtain an attorney and go to court on their own dime, to reclaim their personal property - if they ever get it back. 

In a Constitutional Republic, every citizen is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, in a court of law. "In 1850, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts said: 'All the presumptions of law independent of evidence are in favor of innocence; and every person is presumed to be innocent until he is proved guilty.'” 

The unconstitutional "Red Flag Law" AKA "Risk Protection Order" (SB7026), which passed in the FL house and senate on March 8th of 2018, and was signed into law by then governor Rick Scott, allows one individual to report to the local sheriff that a person (disgruntled neighbor, x-spouse, jilted lover, vindictive co-worker, etc.) is "a danger to himself or others" and in most cases, a judge will issue the order to allow the accused individual to have his house invaded and his weapons and ammunition confiscated. In fact, "All 17 states with red flag laws (and the District of Columbia) allow judges to issue preliminary gun confiscation orders without giving the respondent a chance to rebut the claims against him."
