Martha Dinora Guzmán was 11 years old when she was BRUTALLY MURDERED BY MIGUEL RUIZ LOBO on June 25th, 2014. Miguel stabbed Martha's throat, he tried to make her death look like a suicide. He then proceeded to cut Martha's wrists, but he sliced through the tendons making it impossible for Martha to be able to stab herself in the throat. Martha's mother found her laying in a pool of blood, and with the knife sticking out Martha's neck. Police have matched DNA found in skin under Martha's fingernails to Miguel Ruiz Lobo. Police stated when Lobo was first contacted by them, he had cuts and scratches on his body. Martha was fighting for her life, but she was no match for Lobo who is 6 feet tall and weights at least 220 pounds. Lobo has been charged with MURDER 1ST DEGREE. 

We ask that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PLEA DEAL on this case, and go for the DEATH PENALTY.
