Stop Killing Random Black Bears in Eastpoint Florida

The Issue

Florida Fish and Wildlife Commision's spokesman Stan Kirkland states that they are trapping and killing ALL adult bears from the Eastpoint area in the Florida panhandle until a lab can match one of the bears with DNA collected at the scene where a girl walking her dog was mauled (not killed), all cubs will be relocated. The state commission is randomly killing black bears in a state that has had only one attack on a human, ever. I can only imagine the terror and pain this girl and her family are going through, and I hope for a speedy and full recovery. The random killing of black bears in Florida however, needs to be stopped. How about they sedate, and relocate. How about they DNA test captured living black bears.
