Child Support Reform 
Child Support is Unconstitutional, Uncivil and needs reform! Just like the bureaucrat of the past, today they are still cherry picking whom does and does not get support.

Applications for support through DCF do not always get processed by FDOR!

The Deadbeat Parent Act of ’88 (18 U.S.C. § 228 ) makes it a crime,  Misdemeanor or Felony to owe, yet the courts refuse to acknowledge they are a criminal justice system. Guising themselves as a “family court” allows them to violate the constitutional right to an attorney if a defendant cannot afford one.

The US and FL constitution have NOT removed its protections of debtors prison, making it UNCONSTITUTIONAL to JAIL parents for owing!

Currently it is NOT a crime to collect support for a child one does not have physical custody of.

If one loses their job, they have to file a motion that takes weeks to months to seek a reduction of payment. If one does not qualify for unemployment they are denied a reduction.

Drivers License suspensions are counterproductive, creating barriers to employment, such as discrimination due to lack of “reliable transportation,” and simply archaic.

Emptying the bank accounts of parents with minor children in their custody only hurts the child(ren) and needs to stop.

There needs to be a tax credit for the parent that pays!

·Gave them your address but they still sent your notices to the wrong address

· Never got a notice that you were placed on child support

·Never got a notice that your driver’s license was suspended

· Never got a notice that you had court

·The judge refused to let you submit your evidence or hear your witness(es)

·Your ex did not have your kid but you still had to pay them child support

• You did not qualify for unemployment and they denied you a reduction of payments
