Currently in the state of Florida, patients are allotted a maximum 2.5 ounces of whole flower cannabis every 35 days, this capped maximum prevents patient from deciding their own course of treatment by reducing the amount a patient can medicate in any given time. This is regardless if condition or even consideration to the patient. I am petitioning to allow patients the right to buy products as they need, as long as they get the original recommendation from certified physician.
