We are passed 1700 signatures

As many of you probably know, NOVA University cancelled their continuing education event initially scheduled in August. That was the right, responsible decision. 

The Florida Optometric Association indicates on their website that their annual convention is to take place Mid July in Tampa, as an in-person event. That must be a mistake that should be corrected soon on their website.

The Florida Board Of Optometry is meeting on 07/15. They were supposed to have a live, in person meeting in Fort Lauderdale but changed it to a virtual meeting, we can only guess, for safety reasons given the COVID-19 situation in the state.

This is a general Board meeting. We don't know if the continuing education rule change will be addressed at that meeting.
