After discussion with the project owner, LRT3, another step to avoid the continuity of flash flood is 

Option1. The raise the bridge level at jalan KLANG BANTING. This is the ensure the smooth water flow under the bridge which currently is too shallow. Traffic need to reroute.

Option 2. To construct and lay a new 2  pipes line for water flow beside the main drainage underneath the Klang Banting road which may take two to three months to construct and affect the traffic.
