Mohammed Asif, my cousin is in Jail, his bail declined today. His mother still recovering from a bypass surgery, his wife and his two kids lost in the losing battle of his survival. Asif's crime. He came out defending his women team mates against sexual harassment at Flipkart. Today he is in jail, battered, lost, and wishing he never did any of the things that got him here.

Asif is one of several whistleblowers in the country fighting for their everyday survival. Humans are emotional beings and once in a while an incident, a situation make us do things to prove we take a stand on something. At the end of the day, if we have to lose ourselves to take a stand, it's not worth it after all.
