FL SB1246 - farms - covers up illegal farming practices endangering public safety

The Issue

FL SB 1246 - criminalizes blowing the whistle on animal cruelty, endangering public safety allowing farmers to give the public downer (diseased cows too sick to walk) and use illegal and banned chemicals on livestock.

~~It will even protect DOG and COCK fighting enterprises. This means you will not legally be able to gather evidence of animal fighting enterprises if held on any farm.~~~

Potentially all other kinds of illegal activities would be protected under these farm bills.  Drug dealers could distribute whatever they want because it would be illegal to gather evidence against them-they need only buy a farm. 

Making it illegal for anybody to photograph or video record illegal acts in farms makes it impossible to report to law enforcement. This bill means, literally, "Protecting farmers so they may use downer cows and illegal or banned chemicals to feed to the public act".

Please do not spread organized crime by protecting dog and cock fighting enterprises held on any farm property.

The sky is the limit what farmers can do with unethical, dangerous, and illegal practices.

Government inspections are announced giving farmers ample time to cover up their illegal activities.
