I am trying to save an infant from abuse and neglect.  The parents of this infant had their first born child removed from their care by the state of GA.  The parents are on permanent mental disability.  They were told by the State of GA that if they were to have ANY more children they would be immediately removed from there care and placed for adoption.  Now an infant is in the care of homeless people, vagrants and others with varying criminal histories.
