YouTube’s automated reporting system is failing its users. The AI moderation tools that are supposed to protect creators and viewers are not doing their job — allowing harmful, abusive, and even dangerous content and users to stay on the platform.

 

Creators and viewers have reported countless accounts, such as France_Mapping and others, that repeatedly violate YouTube’s guidelines. Yet, instead of real action, YouTube’s AI system ignores or mishandles reports, leaving the community vulnerable.

 

We’re asking YouTube to:

 

1. Replace or improve the AI-based report system with real human moderation.

 

2. Take faster and stronger action against repeat offenders.

 

3. Report serious criminal behavior on the platform to the proper authorities when necessary.
