    It appears that the lights are working much better, and traffic is almost nonexistent compared to what it was.

Updates-

•  I inquired with some city council members and they stated they are using our petition to pressure TXDOT and that it may already be done, or actively happening.
• I was advised to keep the petition active for the time being.
