Every day, my child faces a harrowing journey back home due to the terrible condition of the roads in Neeladri Nagar. Despite being just 6 km from her school, her commute drags on for hours; she leaves school at 3 PM but doesn't reach home until 5 PM. This is not only frustrating but also exhausting for children who have spent their day studying.

Many parents and residents of Electronic City Phase I share similar experiences. The roads leading to DPS ECITY, particularly those passing through Neeladri Road, are in a pathetic state. Potholes, uneven surfaces, and degraded pavements make traveling a nightmare. Besides the inconvenience, these roads pose serious safety risks, especially for school-going children, commuters, and the local community.

This area is home to several schools, and the poor road conditions affect a significant number of students daily. It is heartbreaking to see our children stuck in traffic because the roads are virtually unnavigable. Improved roads would ensure that buses and cars can travel more smoothly, reducing travel time and stress.

We urge the local authorities and the Bangalore Development Authority to take immediate action in repairing these roads. Reinforcing the infrastructure can significantly improve the quality of life for all Electronic City residents and make daily commutes safer and quicker.
