I have personally observed the roads, and parking lot of Fort Steuben Mall. The road has deep potholes going towards the mall parking lot, and Walmart. I have noticed people having to swerve into the incoming traffic lane to avoid damage to their cars. This is a safety issue, but it’s either that or damage your car. The city can’t do anything about it because the road is Fort Steuben Mall’s property. I personally have scraped my car several times. If you get severe damages done to your car because of these pot holes. The city of Steubenville can’t cover you to fix your car due to it being mall’s property. The parking lot is worse than the road. The have massive craters, and it could cause you to get stuck in on of these holes. This has been an ongoing problem for years now. If this doesn’t change someone is gonna either get hurt, or damaged cars. Please help get these potholes fixed before they cause an accident and/or severe damages to your car.
