USCIS claims that they identify the candidates who make multiple fake applications and reject their applications. However, there are several cases where candidates with multiple applications with consultancies with fake offer letter are selected for H1B. There are cases where same candidates have been selected more than 3 times in the same lottery. Obviously, the claim is incorrect and this creates problems for the real applicants. 

We request USCIS to identify those entities, take action against them and retake the lottery.
