We, the residents of Glen Anil, urgently petition your offices to address a critical issue that has persisted for more than two years. The municipal water pipes in our area burst three to four times monthly, causing extensive disruptions, property damage, and water wastage.

We request immediate action to replace these aging pipes, acknowledging the challenges involved. We urge you to allocate resources and collaborate with eThekwini Water Services prioritize this project, benefiting our community and conserving water resources.

Furthermore, we demand that a realistic timeline be placed on this project and that this information be communicated to our Public Representative, Cllr Aamir Abdul, and accordingly to the residents who are constantly affected by these disruptions in service,
