NOTE: this petition is NOT talking about the game "Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition". it talks about minecraft bedrock edition on nintendo switch.

update 1/15/25: i forgot to mention this, bedrock players are also bullied and disrespected by java players, especially those on mobile or console (like nintendo switch, which is why it fits on this petition). not everyone has a computer like bro seriously

mojang, PLEASE fix minecraft for nintendo switch. it may seem normal, but it's glitchy, laggy, and just crashes a lot. let me explain.

every bug that i know of that has never been fixed

1. VERY long loading times, this can go anywhere from a minute to HOURS, and it isnt cuz of storage or anything (i know a friend who has 6 worlds but it once took him 2 hours to load minecraft while i have over 300 and it takes me 3 minutes) also the same goes for joining/leaving worlds it takes 20 minutes sometimes
2. constantly crashing unexpectedly over anything at all (this happened all the time in the eerie office event and i could not participate because of it)
3. lag, a lot of lag some worlds that arent laggy for many people are really laggy for me and every other friend of mine who plays minecraft for nintendo switch

i believe this impacts almost everyone, if not EVERYONE who plays minecraft for nintendo switch. so many other people who play on switch have talked about these same 3 bugs that i just listed so this will affect a lot of players if mojang steps up and fixes these bugs

these bugs have been happening for years and im tired of it, my friends are tired of it, even random people who i barely know are tired of it, because mojang has been doing nothing all this time, not fixing bugs that are only present on the nintendo switch version even after it was listed on the bug tracker, YEARS later and they are still not fixed, thats why this petition exists, to make not just my voice heard, but OUR voices heard, so that mojang can finally fix these bugs that have been on the game for a long time, and just raise awareness so that more people can know about it.

so please mojang, fix minecraft for nintendo switch.
