As a long time Ebay seller, I have experienced both good and bad from the platform. However, nothing has been as bad as the anti-seller, toxic money back guarantee which is applied to listing without the sellers desire or consent. I personally, along with many other reputable sellers, have experienced multiple instances in which a careless or malicious buyer will receive an item, file a return request based on a flaw that was fully photographed and described within the listing, and then be forced to accept the return, at our expense, with no option to deny or challenge the "item not as described" claim. 

I am starting this petition to try and get Ebay to alter this frequently abused and broken policy to better protect both the buyer AND the seller from careless or malicious individuals on the platform.
