I’m starting this because I’ve personally experienced just how broken EA’s support system is when it comes to hacked accounts — and I know I’m not the only one.

After my EA account got hacked and the email was changed to a sketchy @emlpro.com address (something that’s apparently happening to tons of people), I spent over two hours in line just to talk to a support agent. I verified all my information — name, email history, account details, everything. Still, they said they “couldn’t help” and ended the chat on me without warning. No escalation. No solution. Just “good luck.”

That’s unacceptable. We’re talking about accounts people have spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars on — lost in seconds, and EA just shrugs it off.

This petition is to demand that EA:

• Creates a dedicated recovery team for hacked accounts
• Improves transparency during the account recovery process
• Allows verified users to escalate to a real human when denied
• Stops auto-closing chats without resolution

People are losing access to their games, DLC, FIFA coins, Apex content — all of it — and getting ignored or shut down. We deserve better.
