Send HJTA.org money and support them as much as you can. ACA 13 in the link would make us constituents require a 2/3rds vote for anything we want. It would only require the legislature a 51% or simple majority for anything they want to pass. Remember, our California legislature gets to make up their own rules, do whatever they want, even put things on the ballot passed the deadline like they did with Prop 19. 

For those that didn’t support us and didn’t care about not fixing Prop 19, they set this climate to take away Prop 13 from everyone in California. That’s right. So, now the elderly and your parents are now getting attacked. 

Your parents may now need to sell their house before anyone inherits anything. 

ACA 13 hopefully does not get on the ballot, but knowing our legislators it probably will. You need to vote no and tell everyone else to vote no. Start talking about it now. It would be on the 2026 ballot. 

Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association is trying to do everything they can to block this. You need to support them. 

This is super serious business.
