This is what I have been sharing re prop 5...
Prop 5 on nov ballot will lower the threshold to pass bonds for various uses from 2/3rds (prop 13) to 55%
These bonds will be paid via property tax additions to your property tax bill...a little unpublished fact is that this would also apply to 1st time aka 1st generational homebuyers ( specifically excluding you if your PARENTS OWN A HOME IN THE US!!)

Personally I don't want to make it easier for our government to increase property taxes & insulted that they will tax CA homeowners for a program that will exclude most of our kids, amongst a laundry list of what this lower threshold will apply to.
