If you have property, a small family business, are a renter, this impacts you. If you had parents or grandparents pass away and you’ve already received your new property tax assessment, the initiative by HJTA that started at the end of August this year, is retroactive. So, the property tax if we can get enough signatures to get this on the ballot and win, will go back to the old property assessment. IT’s retroactive. 

The signatures are due now. Stop procrastinating. We need the signatures in now. You can download the petition and print it at home. Make sure to follow the instructions.
