We did not get the 1 million valid signatures that we needed this time. It does not mean it’s over by any means! 

Please call and write your local senator and Assemblymember. Ask them to do to the right thing and put our initiative on the Nov ballot. Ask them to do it so Californians have a chance to vote on something transparent. Last election in 2020, we did not get a chance to vote on something transparent and that’s not fair. 

If prop 19 were transparent, I don’t think we would be here. After all, it only won by 51%, CAR spent $50 million in advertising, our own legislature put prop 19 on the ballot after the deadline, with no hearings, in 24 hrs. 

Pressure the legislature all over California. Historically, they put parent child transfers and grandparent grandchild transfers on the ballot for us with no signatures needed. They can do it again. They do want to be re-elected. They need to hear from their constituents and that is YOU! :)

Hope you all are taking break, but have not given up. Our biggest barrier is lack of awareness. Keep spreading the news!
