Hi, 

Get ready to collect signatures. You should have everything you need including instructions in your mailbox on Wednesday. Our goal is 1.5 million signatures by the middle of April. April 29th is the deadline. So, hjta will want you to send the signatures in to be counted by mid April. We really need 1 million signatures and are aiming for 1.5 because there can be mistakes. 

For example, if you are collecting signatures for Santa Clara county, make sure the signature is for the correct county. If they vote in San Mateo or Orange County, the voter needs to sign the sheet for their specific county. We cannot mix. If you have neighboring counties, request a few different sheets for each county.
