As you know, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association has filed an initiative to repeal the death tax on property that was in the small print of Proposition 19, which narrowly passed last November. HJTA’s new initiative will restore the ability of parents or grandparents to transfer property to children without triggering a reassessment and a huge tax increase.

We’re holding an online Zoom meeting for volunteers on Friday, October 22, at 3:00 p.m., and you are cordially invited.
