Hi,

Please keep educating Californians that Prop 19 is everyone’s problem. It’s not just a homeowner problem, it’s a renter’s problem!
Some people I've interacted with who stand to inherit rental properties, all of them state they will be passing off higher property taxes to the tenants... so renters will indeed be facing higher rents. Not sure if we will have a middle class anymore.
