Hi all, thank you so much for sharing! There are still so many people in California that have no idea what Proposition 19 does to them. Please take time to educate them. Even if they did have time to transfer property, that gets complicated. You can lose the federal step up! That is important to keep! Other solutions like an LLC or TIC are complicated and risky.

Please support SB 668, to delay this part of proposition 19. That way, it buys us time to educate people, time to reverse it, and get it back on the ballot. With that amount of time, it will have been talked about so much that hopefully it will be easy to reverse.
