As a lifelong hockey fan and a proud mother of four who have grown up playing this sport, I am devastated by how the FIVE INNOCENT MEN have been treated. It is unthinkable that these young men continue to be slandered, attacked by media, and stripped of their careers to accusations that were torn apart in court and left unsupported by the evidence itself.

In July 2025, Justice Maria Carroccia delivered a ruling that could not have been clearer:

 • All five players were fully acquitted.
 • The complainant’s testimony was found not credible or reliable.
 • The judge determined there was true consent.

And yet, despite their full acquittal, the punishment has not ended. The NHL has suspended these players, the media continues to smear them, and cancel culture refuses to acknowledge the truth. These innocent athletes are being treated as guilty - not because of evidence, but because of relentless public pressure and a refusal to accept the truth.

What message does this send about justice, fairness, and the future of our children? That innocence in the eyes of the law means nothing if the mob disapproves? That years of hard work and dedication can be erased overnight by allegations that were not upheld in court?

This is bigger than five men. It is about the integrity of hockey and the principle that justice must matter. We must teach our children that the justice system exists for a reason, and that the media does not decide guilt or innocence.

No athlete, no person, should have their life destroyed after being fully exonerated. It’s time we stand up for fairness, for truth, and for the integrity of the game we love.

The NHL and its teams face a clear choice: stand with truth and fairness, or surrender to fear and bullying tactics that destroy the lives of innocent players.

Five innocent men. Five stolen careers. It’s time to give them back what was wrongfully taken. Let them play.

Join us in standing up for justice and integrity. Sign this petition to help five innocent men reclaim their lives and dreams and the future of our children. Our young boys and girls cannot be targeted for their successes in hockey.
