This petition is to express our displeasure with the rules regarding usage of the community pools. We pay an annual assessment and sign numerous documents attesting to our responsibility for keeping the community clean and safe. However, as homeowners and dues paying members of the HOA, we are unable to utilize the amenities we fund at our discretion. With the exception of cleaning days, we should have full access to pools and clubhouses. Homeowners should be responsible for those people who use amenities, as is typical for other neighborhoods in our community. The need and expense for lifeguards should not determine when the pool is available.
