Molteno Fnb branch is not the loss making branch than other small branches. There are many branches that poorly perform than the Molteno branch yet they use prejudice to close it. Many people rely on that branch: most can't use cellphone banking ; pensioners are comfortable to use over the counter facility than the atm; pensioners get their retirement and pensions from that branch; many people are not educated and can't use cellphone banking ; the bank itself failed to educate people on cellphone banking that they want people to use; it will cost R150 to go to the next nearest branch of which many people won't afford; FNB failed to communicate to the people and they can't be taking closing when they failed to inform the masses of the people on time. The branch must remain. The Molteno Fnb Branch must remain!
