Enough is enough, Notre Dame.  No doubt, we are one of the most loyal fan bases in the country, whether it be to our players, our coaches, our administration, or our school period, sometimes to a fault.  I'm sure this petition will incite every emotion in the book; at some point though, it's time we act as people associated with the 18th ranked university in the nation (via U.S. News and World Report) and put a little mind over the big heart.

Brian VanGorder has got to go.  Adjustment to elaborate defensive scheme and intense coaching excuses aside, the only steps the Notre Dame defense has taken have been backward ones.  We've won plenty of games (offense wins games). Championships?  Not so much (defense wins championships).

He certainly is no Bob Diaco, ladies and gentlemen, and well, isn't even close.  This comes with no silly threat to stop supporting the Irish and those players who work day in and day out, but it's time to do what should have been done at the end of last season and #FireVanGorder, thus he can move on to his 10th college job...
