Ms. Rose is a chemistry teacher at Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas. From the first day of school, Ms. Rose has acted inappropriately unenthusiastic to her students and making them feel uncomfortable in her presence. The classroom is meant to be an open learning environment, but unfortunately, she has converted it into a hostile setting. Ms. Rose has refused to give helpful feedback to her students, making them feel unwanted and unimportant. Her instruction is subpar, which leads to confusion in a space designated for learning. Most students admit that they often find themselves struggling in her class, yet they are too frightened to ask Ms. Rose a question, in fear of being unreasonably scolded. Ms. Rose has displayed unintelligible qualities on multiple occasions during her time as Lone Star High School, which only leads students to question her capability of teaching an advanced course. Her actions and behavior during class goes against the district mission, which is to know every student by name and need. The need and demand for her permanent discharge from the Frisco Independent School District is clearly evident. Therefore, Ms. Rose must be removed from the classroom environment as soon as possible for the sake of the students, school, and district.
