After a press conference and release of body camera video showing a 14 year old girl violently detailed by SBPD Cheif of Police Scott Ruszkowski called the action good policing and said that nothing should have been done different.  We demand more for our community,  more for our children than this failed leadership.  He must be fired immediately if this is how he expects his officers to deal with the public.
