We, the undersigned, believe that Roger Goodell's leadership as the NFL Commissioner has significantly impacted the sport in a negative way. We demand his removal from office for the following reasons:

1. Excessive Rules and Regulations: Goodell has introduced numerous rules that have transformed American Football into a more cautious, less competitive version of its former self. The sport has become less enjoyable for both players and fans due to the overwhelming number of rules.
2. Favoritism Towards Certain Quarterbacks: It is evident that Goodell and the NFL have shown extreme favoritism towards certain quarterbacks, such as Patrick Mahomes. This is particularly noticeable when it comes to roughing the passer penalties, which seem to be called more frequently for certain quarterbacks, especially Patrick Mahones.
3. Influence of Rules Analysts: The presence of rules analysts during games only serves to justify the decisions of referees, even when those decisions are questionable. This further undermines the integrity of the sport.
4. Turning the NFL into a Laughing Stock: Goodell's leadership has led the NFL down a path of becoming a laughing stock, with fans and critics alike questioning the legitimacy of the game.\
