Dear Quarryville Community, 

There is a police officer in Quarryville with a long history of misconduct and excessive use of force who targets young females and females in general.

He has worked at 5 police departments and has been asked to resign 4 times due to misconduct.

While working in Strasburg , several underage women reported being followed repeatedly by him in the dark. Other victims say they have been stalked and assaulted in Strasburg. He was asked to resign in Strasburg and promoted to full time in Quarryville after several complaints in Strasburg. Now , he is using excessive force again and has women complaining they are being followed. This is his 5th PD with several victims &  Enough is Enough.. please reference.
