[Redacted] is Grayson High Schools [Redacted]. Throughout the school year of 2024-2025, there has been multiple problematic cases we experienced throughout the days. 

We'll start off with the first one. For second semester, our last concert, [Redacted] wanted to go all out as a "show choir". [Redacted] had even decided to teach us the choreography before even starting with the lyrics. We are not a dance class, we are a choir. This is something I had directly told [Redacted]. [Redacted] had actually told me "that is not how I teach." My response was "maybe you should teach that way." Throughout rehearsal on Thursday of May 8th we had struggled to keep up and to actually do the choreography. For myself I definitely struggled a lot I've nearly fell off the stage during one of the moves. Now that doesn't seem like much but throughout the month that we've had to get ready for this concert it was mainly spent on trying to come up with choreography and then actually practicing it. 

Now on May 9th during class, [Redacted] was late which I will keep the reason classified, so our class president decided to teach us instead for the time being. [Redacted] was doing great, 10 times better than [Redacted]. Everyone was actually happy and confident with singing. I myself and a few others decided to sit out since we weren't confident in the song. As soon as [Redacted] walked in, we were yelled at to go on to the stage. About 10 minutes after practicing, [Redacted] had asked us to raise your hand if we hated the song survivor or if we were just not confident in it. Around 10 of us including me had raised [Redacted] hand. We were then told to get off the stage. Only after had we sat down, where we told that this would affect our grade. 

Now I could  go on and on about what had happened with the past week to few days, but that would take way too long and I'm sure you don't want to read all this. To sum it all up [Redacted] will has refused to take account or even own up to the fact that [Redacted] was not teaching us correctly and with being totally immature. [Redacted] had already made four of us cry which I will keep the names anonymous and had yelled at four of us total. [Redacted] problematic ways of teaching has affected the way the concert on Friday, May 9th had turned out. 

Me and around 8 to 9 others had already reported [Redacted] and [Redacted] has been supposedly or going to be evaluated. We are hoping that we can get [Redacted] removed due to the way [Redacted] has yelled at us and treated us. [Redacted] excuse was that " you are high schoolers, I shouldn't need to baby you." I'd like to let you know that [Redacted] has been babying us since first semester, [Redacted] sings with us. 

Another few things, [Redacted] wanted to have a mature conversation with our class president. Although that mature conversation ended out with [Redacted] talking over a class president and totally ignoring what [Redacted] had to say. Unfortunately when [Redacted] came back, [Redacted] was crying which I definitely understand. [Redacted] had asked us to raise [Redacted] hands if we weren't confident in survivor, nearly the whole class had raised their hand. 

I'd like to remind you that the whole entire predicament was in less than 50 minutes. With all that had happened within that class period, I think it's safe to say that [Redacted] shouldn't be teaching in that [Redacted] was very unprofessional and immature.
