The first floor is typically used for testing, but testing also took place in the conference center. As a result, the main restrooms on the third floor were blocked off to non-testers, despite most people on the third floor not being testers. Instead of opening the other third floor restrooms, students were told to use the second floor restrooms instead. With the first floor being blocked off, restrooms are naturally crowded as students from two floors are allowed to use two restrooms.

One of my suggestions is to make everyone test on the third floor instead of the first floor for a multitude of reasons: the admin officers are nearby, the conference center is there, and students who are having lunch in the cafeteria are able to use the restroom. Of course, our opinions do not matter to Dictator Johnson, which is why this smart idea has never been thought of in her three years of leadership. All she cares about is boosting TSI scores, which is why she makes students retake them even if it not necessary in their future endeavors.
