For several days, Mrs. Johnson has locked the back boys' restrooms without notice. The back girls' restrooms are still open, but the boys' restrooms are not. As a girl, I feel that it's unfair for boys near these restrooms to be forced to walk even further when they could've used these restrooms while girls get to walk a shorter distance. This disadvantages both genders as more time is wasted walking to the restroom and walking back. Mrs. Johnson never announced this decision, nor has she shared the reasons for locking the boys' restrooms at the back of the school. It is unfair to punish an entire gender for the actions of a few.
