She still locks half of the restrooms with no warning. During testing, the first floor restroom (which is also where students eat lunch in) is still locked, leaving no restrooms available for students during lunch. Mrs. Johnson does not learn and continues to have testing in the first floor. Additionally, on another testing day where both the first and second floors were used to testing, all non-testing students had one restroom available.
