Ms. Ball has consistently demonstrated unfair and discriminatory behavior towards her students at Guilderland middle School. She yells at students, creating a hostile learning environment, and is secretly racist, treating Black students worse than their white peers. Additionally, she purposely makes her class unenjoyable as a form of punishment. This behavior is unacceptable and detrimental to the educational experience of all students. It’s time for the school administration to take action and remove Ms. Ball from her teaching position to ensure a fair and supportive environment for everyone.
