Mayor Ritsma - Targets People that would otherwise sue the Town of Stratford - with retaliatory fines - and targets the peoples character with lies.

There have been at least 3 police brutality incidents in under 10 years. 

That is too too many.

The Judges Paul Parlee and other Judges have made vexatious and retaliatory fines against myself - for seeking damages caused by this town - and you should know - that the law is a lie - if it is against the towns interest - it will be ignored and you will suffer all the more for it.

Get rid of this Tyrannical Clown. Its all about the money with this town.
