When a current teacher begins calling former students names and harrassing them through facebook posts, something should be done. Kurt Thompson, a spanish teacher at Georgetown High School is suppose to be just that, a teacher. Young minds are supposed to look to him for support and guidence. Now please, take a look about how rediculous he has been through social media about something that he assumed was said, but was NEVER said. No one needs teachers like this helping our students grow. We need teachers who will shape young mind the correct way. Not teach them how to bully and call people names. As for Georgetown ISD we as the alumnus want to keep our school as we remember it with love and kindness and the no place for hate campaign that has been around for forever. But how can yall comtinue to throw those words around when one of your staff, your teachers, is going around on social media harrassing former students. Ladies and gentleman, this petition is to prove we know that things need to change when someone is wrong. That every decision has a consequence. That is after all one of the things we learned in school.
