ICE Prosecutor James Rodden has been exposed as a white supremacist – and he’s deciding the fate of immigrants. This cannot be ignored. We demand accountability NOW.

James Rodden, an Assistant Chief Counsel for ICE in Dallas, has been identified as the operator of an openly racist and fascist social media account. His posts glorify white supremacy, dehumanize migrants, and celebrate mass deportations. Yet, this man has been responsible for handling immigration cases, determining who gets deported and who stays.

If he holds these beliefs, how can we trust that his rulings were fair?
How many people have been unjustly deported because of his bias?
How many families have been torn apart by his decisions?

This is not just about one person. This is about a corrupt, racist system that allows individuals like Rodden to hold power over the lives of immigrants. If ICE wants to claim it holds its employees to the highest standards, they must take action.

 
OUR DEMANDS:
1. FIRE JAMES RODDEN IMMEDIATELY.
2. LAUNCH AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION into every deportation case he handled.
3. ENSURE TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY for ICE prosecutors and immigration judges.
4. END BIASED DEPORTATIONS – Rodden’s rulings must be reviewed and reversed if found to be unjust.
