Students have been demanding action on Palestine for months and Michelle Marks stonewalled us. Students began peacefully protesting and how did she respond? Calling in a SWAT team in riot gear to intimidate, harass, arrest, and brutalize UNARMED, PEACEFUL student protesters. 

The administration of CU Denver, led by Marks, have created an unsafe campus for our students. The Chancellor refuses to negotiate with protesters in good faith while publicly claiming that she has done all in her power. She continues to lie to the campus and has proven herself untrustworthy. 

Their blatant violation of our civil rights goes against everything CU stands for and the students of the campus demand justice. As long as the administrators who perpetrated this injustice remain in power there can be no justice!!

CU Denver is a gem of the CU system with an amazing and diverse student body and we need to fight to defend it!
