Carmen Smith is the Creative Development & Inclusion Strategies executive for Walt Disney Imagineering. The reason that I am calling for her removal is based on the fact that she led a software company to believe that Walt Disney Imagineering would be updating the very highly popular ride in all of the theme park industry one that is labeled Splash Mountain. Only to eventually find out that Walt Disney Imagineering wanted to retheme Splash Mountain because it was falsely deemed “problematic” and racist thanks to the social justice movement of spring of 2020. This has shown that she is incompetent of delivering magic by cutting corners by listening to the people doing protests and not seeing eye to eye with Walt Disney. Of this reason, I am calling on the Walt Disney Company to fire Carmen Smith from Walt Disney Imagineering.
